SEMEN PURCHASE & USE AGREEMENT — 334 SPORTHORSE STUD

1. COLLECTION & QUALITY
334 Sporthorse Stud warrants that semen is collected under veterinary supervision and meets industry standards at time of dispatch. No guarantee is made regarding conception rates.

2. PAYMENT
Full payment is required before dispatch. All prices are in ZAR and exclude VAT where applicable.

3. TRANSPORTATION
Risk passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier. 334 Sporthorse Stud is not liable for any loss or damage during transit.

4. REFUNDS
No refunds are issued once semen has been dispatched. In the event of a confirmed quality failure at source, a replacement dose may be offered at 334 Sporthorse Stud's discretion.

5. USE
Semen is sold for single-use AI on the named mare only. Resale, redistribution, or use on additional mares without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. REGISTRATION
The buyer is responsible for complying with all breed society rules regarding AI registration. 334 Sporthorse Stud will provide the required paperwork within 5 business days of request.

7. LIABILITY
334 Sporthorse Stud's total liability is limited to the purchase price of the semen dose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

By signing below, the buyer confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
